Crafting not Posting

While I have been crafting I have not been posting. Partly because I have not taken any pictures lately of the stuff I am working on. Most of the crafts that I have done lately have been with my kids. The younger kids each made a small 20 x 25 inch blanket. I have completed a few embroidered quilt blocks and taught myself tatting. Although the two bracelets that I made teaching myself tatting somehow got eaten by my dogs, so I have to make new ones that I have not yet gotten around to doing. 

Guess that I need to work on getting my pictures done and posting more. 

Finished Stacey's Wall Quilt

It took me about a year to get this wall quilt. About a year ago my friend Stacey drew some designs and my husband suggested that I make on into a quilt for her. So at the same time I started back to school I started working on her quilt. It was machine pieced with hand and machine applique. Then finished off with hand quilting, which I tried to get a few closer pictures of off the back where it shows up better. I just wish that I could be there when she gets to see it up close for the first time and not just in pictures.
